Job Description
  • Manage an engineering team to responsible for all new projects implementation of manufacturing such as new project incoming check, manufacturing instruction (MI) and production tooling preparation.
  • Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, process and operations for new and existing products and achieve the manufacturing capability requirement
  • Maintain PCB fabrication design guideline in accordance with the latest and update technology
  • Evaluate new materials or process for capability improvement or cost reduction
  • Provide a proper training and document to related departments in process operations
  • Responsible for the achievement of the technology roadmap designed by the Company
  • Generate acceptance report and complete the procedure on transfer of new machine and new process to manufacturing
  • Failure Analysis and preventive action for customer complaints
  • Manage and prioritize resources and manpower to solve product, process and line issues

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years solid experience in PCB manufacturing industry
  • Ability to organize, schedule, control cost to maximize the efficiency and perform quality analysis
  • Solid experience in managing local engineering teams to support mass production
  • Good analytic skills for problem solving and failure analysis as well as with good knowledge of statistical process control
  • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Station in Zhuhai, PRC
