| Job Description |
The selected candidate will provide overall leadership to the Construction Chemicals group. He/She will develop and implement strategies for new product development process, interface closely with Sales & Marketing division to develop new products for different market segments, benchmark products against local/global competition, and retain competitive edge through continuing product innovation and constant improvements.
He/She will interface with other global product development teams as well as product/application development professionals from client organizations, coach and mentor the team, conduct product trials, manage budgets and take responsibility for project management and delivery.

| Job Requirements |
Ideal candidates will be Chemical Engineers or Post Graduate degree holders in Chemistry, preferably with a Doctorate degree and specialization in Building Materials, Energy Saving Materials, Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Additives/Coatings for Weather Protection, Fire Protection or Waterproofing.
They will ideally have at least 12 years of relevant experience in R&D in a reputed corporate/independent research establishment. Research experience in development of above-mentioned products would be preferred. |
