| Job Description |
- Act as a conduit for risk related initiatives into the business.
- Ensure that the views and requirements of Major Corporates are communicated to the Risk community.
- Minimise the operational impact of any risk related initiatives.
- Minimise the number of risk related returns required of Major Corporates, and ensure that obligatory returns are completed.
- Evaluate and support the development of appropriate calculators and risk drivers.
- Support Head of Execution, Risk & Operations in the reduction and control of indirect costs.
- Operational and fraud loss reporting liaising with RM teams as required.
- Operational risk activities – evaluation and attendance at meetings and sub-committees, facilitating quarterly risk workshops.
- Project representation.
- Health and Safety with assistance from Middle Office.
- Business Continuity with assistance from Middle Office.

| Job Requirements |
- Degree in Finance
- Prior relevant work experience (minimum 3 years) in corporate finance/services (including investment banking, corporate development, or private equity)
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting integrity, leadership, and objectivity
- Knowledge of both operational and credit risk principles is essential
- Strong working knowledge with corporate clients
