Based in southern China; you are going to head the whole operations in Asia ensuing the smooth functioning of all units by formulating and implementing effective policies. Overseeing the production and operation processes from the supply of materials to shipment of final products; from capital budgeting to executive appointment, you are leading the team to carry out quality assurance programs, production management, purchasing and supplies, scheduling, packaging, inventory control and assets/facilities management. 

You shall also be responsible for staff management, budgeting, cost control, supply chain management, environmental, health and safety programs as well as other legal and regulatory compliances. Reporting to the General Manager, Asia; you are part of the senior management team to spearhead the future development of the organization in Asia.
