| Job Description |
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will be accountable for the underwriting services of individual life clients and sales channels, perform complicated risk selection and classification within delegated authority, underwrite complicated cases, handle enquiries from all distribution channels and perform system enhancement and raise user requirement based on business needs. Also, it is your task to monitor and coach a small team of colleagues to perform complicated risk selection and classification within delegated authority.

| Job Requirements |
- A degree holder from recognized university in business management or business science with FLMI qualification
- Minimum 8 years working experience in individual life insurance underwriting, whereof some experience on supervisor level
- Demonstrated underwriting capacity of USD500,000 or above
- Detailed knowledge of life insurance legislation and compliance requirements
- Good understanding of policy provisions and post-issue underwriting (reinstatement & changes)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
