Job Description
  • Monitor and safeguard the Food & Beverage cost by exercising adequate and prompt control over the cost of food and beverages purchased.
  • Prepare food, beverage, general, chemical, tobacco & HOE cost report & reconciliation for the monthly closing
  • Generating the daily food & beverage cost report.
  • Provide support to the project management team with the analysis of variations in plan and actual budget/cost for the projects and ensure that the data is credible and accurate.
  • Provide to the Project Managers with accurate weekly or monthly reports on identifying the variances from the plan on commitment, value of work done, changes and expenses against the approved budget.
  • Preparing and analysing the menu engineering and outlets’ discounts.
  • Assist in the final tracking, compilation and commentary of the monthly cost control report for distribution to Management.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in accounting/hotel management.
  • Preferably, at least 3 years working experience in cost control section in a supervisory position of a F&B industry.
  • Must have good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills.
  • Good Knowledge of spreadsheets and words documents. Knowledge of Material Control software will be an advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge in store and receiving area procedures is a must.
  • Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adherence to Quality Service Standards.
  • Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed.
