Job Description
This role means taking the ultimate responsibility for the company’s communications with financial institutions, analysts, and investors regarding company performance, strategy, etc. You are the company’s spokesperson for all IR queries and act as a highly credible point of contact for the investment community.

Furthermore, you attend, present and play the key role in 1x1 investor meetings at regional and industry conferences. Also, you develop and review the company’s external communications plan and oversee and assist in annual & interim report process and creation and messaging around production reports and press releases to communicate business strategy and financial performance. You create a structured IR program and manage investor relations functions, plus advise senior management and prepare internal IR briefing notes. You are also required to establish and maintain a detailed knowledge of ongoing business issues and transactions in order to contribute proactively to investor relations activities.
Job Requirements
  • MBA degree; accountancy / CFA / Corporate Finance qualifications essential
  • Minimum 10 years substantial investor relations/corporate communications work experience.
  • Exceptionally high level of financial literacy, numeracy and analytical capability with deep knowledge of financial statements and ability to communicate with research analysts.
  • Gravitas and authority so as to establish a high level of credibility externally and internally and be able to operate at the most senior levels in the company.
  • Must have ability to develop relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.
  • Strong and effective decision making skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Power Point, Bloomberg, Datastream etc.)
  • Some international travelling required
