In this position, you will oversee and supervise the production performance of two well-staffed electronic components production factories in southern China. You will be responsible for, reporting to, and working closely with other members of senior management on production management.

On regular basis, you are analyzing, overlooking, co-coordinating and effectively managing the plant’s different production teams, including QA, EHS, engineering and production, purchasing, as well as inventory management to ensure and constantly improving the overall effectiveness and quality of the production operations. It is your role to ensure a smooth production cycle in order to consistently enable the achievement of the company’s production targets.
