| Job Description |
In this position you assist the Senior Operations in the planning and implementation of overall human resources programs, and you are responsible for reporting on organizational HR issues. You will be analyzing, translating, implementing and driving the overall HR strategy including training and performance management, communication, employee relations and change. Additionally, you will partner with the business unit and deliver value added services across staffing, compensation, talent development and other key HR driven projects.

| Job Requirements |
- University Degree Holder, MBA is preferred
- 10 years or more relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in management level
- Strong strategic planning skills, ability to effectively analyze processes and see the whole picture
- Outgoing and flexible personality with good interpersonal and very strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills with a feeling for understanding and balancing process and best practice
- Excellent both written and verbal English and Cantonese skills, Mandarin advantageous
