Job Description
Understand the marketplace of the company service and provide training to the assigned accounts
Maintain up to date knowledge of the current legal services
Train existing and new clients in the use of the company service
Ensure clients make the good use of the company service
Understand the needs of the clients and provide up to date product offering
Drive usage in conjunction with the Account Manager and within assigned accounts
Frequent travel within Asia Pacific is required
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in law, business, marketing or related discipline
Candidates with legal and finance background strongly preferred
Experience in online product training would be an advantage
Good understanding of the needs of the legal market (with regional exposure would be an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin; Cantonese or Japanese would also be beneficial
