Job Description
  • Understand the marketplace of the company service and provide training to the assigned accounts
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the current legal services
  • Train existing and new clients in the use of the company service
  • Ensure clients make the good use of the company service
  • Understand the needs of the clients and provide up to date product offering
  • Drive usage in conjunction with the Account Manager and within assigned accounts
  • Frequent travel within Asia Pacific is required      
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in law, business, marketing or related discipline
  • Candidates with legal and finance background strongly preferred
  • Experience in online product training would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of the needs of the legal market (with regional exposure would be an advantage)
  • Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin; Cantonese or Japanese would also be beneficial
