Job Description
In this senior level position you report to the Senior Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities include financial and reporting tasks in strategic business planning. You define and implement appropriate financial and management accounting infrastructure and assist in ensuring necessary financial reporting at regional and global level. Furthermore, you are a key player in providing improvement recommendations on financial procedures and processes and compile reports for the business unit and management. You oversee monthly financial performance and conduct P&L analysis. Also, you prepare the annual budget and financial modelling, projection and forecasting. It is also your responsibility to lead, motivate and train finance staff to fulfil their tasks. Some ad hoc projects will be part of your work.

Job Requirements
  • University degree in accounting / finance or related discipline plus professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum eight years successful financial analyst work experience in multinational company
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial planning and analysis and financial applications 
  • Detail oriented and able to structure and perform complex financial models and data queries
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Oracle Financials advantageous
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Able to cope with multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Good team player
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
