Job Description
Professional Qualification with accounting / finance / management
Experience in financing / due diligence / acquisition
Sound knowledge in tax and other accounting regulations in PRC
Strong leadership skill, good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure
Proficiency in excel, power point and Chinese typing skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Job Requirements
Reporting to CEO and supervising one team of accounting staff, both in HK / PRC
Strategic planning and drive the team to achieve the company goal
At least 5 years related work experience in accounting
Implements financial and accounting system processes, policy and procedure improvement
Prepare timely accurate management & analysis report to the management
Ad hoc project upon required
Overseas / Mainland travel is required
