| Job Description |
- Provide step-change leadership, strategic direction and technical knowledge to the packaging and sourcing functions
- Develop, direct and build up the teams to provide total solution service through structural engineering design, prototyping, production and deliveries
- Strive effort to optimize cost, improve quality and enhance innovation through supplier management program, strategic sourcing initiatives, risk management approach
- Enforce the quality management system with continuous improvement mechanism to ensure product excellence and good service level with suppliers
- Direct team members to respond with customer complaints and act with sense of urgency, to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Develop excellence in people management through development of existing staff, performance management and recruitment & training of new team members, to establish a solid team structure for future expansion

| Job Requirements |
- At least 10 years of experience in packaging business
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with P&L responsibility
- Degree holder in Industrial Design, Engineering, or Business. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Solid experience in identifying, liaising and monitoring suppliers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, energetic
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
