As a regional HR Director, you will be based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Being a strategic business partner to senior management, you will lead a team to perform full spectrum of HR functions in high quality. You will provide professional advice on all HR matters including performance management, manpower planning, employee relations, compensations & benefits, and training & development. Developing effective HR strategy & policy, and ensuring them running smooth in the region will be your key successful indicators.
